1st job- project started 4 months ago...pay is x-amount , all desi team mates, very stressful work environment....weekends also working sometimes....manager is not good ....tech is good....learning curve is there everyday. Calling to office in May 2021. Linked to my h1b visa ....big city lo office.

 

2nd job....project started April 1st ...

30 days ago....pay is x+3 amount....semi desi team mates....medium pace....no weekends work....manager is okay...team lead tho heated discussion ayyindi recent ga....tech is outdated... no learning curve. Not related to h1b for now...not amended. No word on return to office yet....medium city lo office

2nd job...its clear no....what are your reasons to hang on with 1st one?
