No. Bengal is already highly communalised. The only thing helping TMC is the welfare measures done by mamata..  She greatly improved her state, health care better than other states, and lifted a lot of muslims out pf poverty.

most uppercastes are already in BJP's pocket.  Its the 1920s back again for Bengal. It was the minority Hindu leaders in bengal that created a communal movement to divide bengal then.

so bengal being better is just a myth. ofcourse they have a robust intellectual society, but politics is never about intellectuals.
