The vaccination policy is total failure.

India, the vaccine manufacturing capital of the world, doesn't have enough vaccines to serve its people. Its a huge joke.

remember, the doses for 18-45 will be available from May or June, but states cannot buy the few doses that will be available because they will be in competition with the super rich and upper middle class, who will pay through the roof prices for the vaccine.

This is a crisis purely created by Modi to benefit his friends. The man is sick, and callous.

His logic is simple. He's gonna receive free doses from the center to vaccinate >45yrs, and he will do it.

and wait for the vaccines to be available at a more competitive rate in the future. He hopes atleast the well off in his state (about 10-20%) will get vaccinated in private hospitals by then.

There's nothing else he can do, if the center doesn't help with the drive. no point blaming him.

Some states may try to take the plunge and start vaccinating from early June, but even they cannot afford to vaccinate their entire population unless the vaccines are available for cheaper rates. or if the Union govt sponsors it.

Such a mess created by assholes in the center and its advisors.

TamilNadu made tall claims about having vaccination centers in every ward and the idea to vaccinate even the migrant labourers starting from May 1.. Its all bullshit PR.

yes regarding vaccine, culprit is center.....but health care system fail avvataaniki state govt main responsibility. Center cannot interfere in this matter. Again, not over seeing and not preparing state govt's is also a big mistake of Modi....kani State govt ante edo small/medium scale company kaadu....they have enough resources to predict whats coming and how well to prepare and also implement tough rules on masks etc
