Noppi vasthadhi when it is Intramuscular, but then again IM is the safest way to administer it. It gives time to the doctors if there are any adverse reactions.

If it's on the same arm (administration site) where IM vaccine administered...its normal...and no need of any medication...

Got a lot of pain in the arm the first time , second time the nurse told me to relax as much as I can as it could reduce this pain , so the second time I only had minimal pain in the arm , others things are worse in second dose though like joint pains , headaches etc.
