Contact tracing, strict quarantine protocols etc... basically Chinese follow rules very well if enforced... 

In Australia and New Zealand, there are no COVID cases.. life is pretty normal there... 

If you want to travel there, you have to stay in a allotted hotel for 2 weeks (paid by you).. they take tests every alternate day to make sure you have no symptoms or no virus..

I think feb lo they did celebrate their new year .  May be not that grandly . I don’t know about India but USA lo memu Vegas lone unnam . Strip mida fire works levu and lighting kuda taggincharu as solidarity to people who expired due to COVID . It was so dull .

They can show the numbers less.. but they cannot hide it for very long.. they cannot hide deaths and viruses for very long..

Even India lo kuda undercount chesthunnaru annadu Trump last year... but India mostly survived the first wave.. not so lucky with the second wave.. 🙁
