Need advice on H1 Transfer

My friend got a full time recently and his h1 transfer is still pending, his start date go postponed by 2 weeks as he is waiting for approval. But today he got pay from the full time job (Payroll team might not aware I guess of the delay of onboarding). Also, he got pay from current job as well. Will it be a problem as pay ran from two companies. Any advice what to do?

It's not his mistake. Ask him to contact his recruiter and HR team of prospective employer immediately.

Concurrently you can work for 2 employers kn 2 different h1bs ...for few days or weekss...

Happened to me also...worked for 1 month.

That's fine....happens for many people....
