beerboy17
Experts, i have a doubt. If a person puts a H1B transfer from Employer A(FTE) to Employer B(Consultancy) with a client A and gets his transfer approved and for some reason LCA lo mention chesina client A backoff ayyadu anuko and with 40 miles MSA radius if the candidate can find another job and start working for other client B instead of mentioned in LCA (since there is no material change there is no need for amendment), if for some reason any site visit do we need to say we are working for client A (mentioned in LCA) or client B ? beerboy17
for the confusion.. simple bro, If a person is working for a client not mentioned in LCA and since there is no material change (within MSA) he hasn't done amendment. Now worst case of site visit at home address (since we are remote) will the officer ask your working for client mentioned in LCA ? In case of asked will there be any problem if we are genuine and says now we are working for client B (not mentioned in LCA) which is within MSA ? H1B file chesinappudu clear ga cheptam kada client evaro so site officer will have that information so vere client ki work chestunna ante problem kada?
