Why should he resign ?

In my village med rep came to every house to give the covid vaccine, half my relatives didn't take vaccine.

My own father in law didn't take the vaccine. We were telling them for a month to take a vaccine. we were asking them to wear mask, they wearing the mask below their mouth for fashion show.
