How to register?

Individuals can register themselves for phase 3 drive-by following these steps: 

• Open https://www.cowin.gov.in/home on your mobile/laptop web browser 
  • OR Open CoWin tab on Aarogya Setu or Umang apps and go to the vaccination registration option
• Click on the "register/sign-in" option.
• Enter your mobile number and click on generate OTP option.
• After receiving the OTP, enter it and ‘verify’
• Once the verification of your mobile number with OTP is done, register on the vaccination page by providing required details like name, age, gender and photo ID details.
• Click on "Register" and then click on the 'Schedule' option.
• Enter the pin code of your locality, or select from the list of states and then districts
• This is showcase several vaccination centres, then select your preferred location, date and time and click on the final 'Confirm' button.

Not working on vpn too. I just tried it using proton vpn.
