Miss India Vimala Raman made her debut in tollywood, there is no film to her credit to be named as hit. However, she was a big hit in the film circuit for her scorching acts on the screen and off-screen. she just became a play doll for family heroes. Vimala Raman got good credits in both Tamil and Malayalam films. While coming to telugu, she did four films and two were yet to release.
