Most of the freelance recruiters use Linked In so staying in LinkedIn is an wise option... The packages are very high in Monster, Naukri, Indeed, ZipRecruiter and Glassdoor..

Freelancers has to pay high rates in order to use their portal.. at max they can see 5 CVS per day with limited functionality... so if you want to extend your visibility try posting on more job portals.. Monster and Naukri can be accessed by Corporate HR's and Consulting Agencies who can afford their rates... Most of the Freelance HR's depend on social media platforms....
