What an extremely stupid comparison , AP is less than 5% GDP of india . 

Both are wasteful expenditures that serve no purpose to the people

It is not stupid at all you are just not exercising your brain. Central govt already has one of the best facilities in the world - designing by top architects in the world. This is just an enhancement of what is already there - and they are willing to spend 20,000 crores on it in middle of epidemic. Amaravati is a state capital - ofcourse all your caste and regiional grievences may have gone on high alert but i personally dont care where it is built but its necessary for people of AP who was divided by center without their will.
