Yes you are right there is no relation between the two , My guess would be - The bacteria that causes typhoid will also be in the blood stream, which in other way when you test for covid you might sometimes find typhoid also positive... The bacterial infection might not be that high that you are falling sick but shows a positive because you tested for it.... With a glass of bad water that you drink it can show up like that...

The fever in covid strain is typhoid ... It's proved..
