Forget about change in Central Govt..first comeup with a name who would compete with Modi..Dont say Mamatha, with her attitude the alliance would not be intact before the election Campaign only.

I dont follow politics closely but I think there are many intellectuals in Congress in Delhi. They are not great with masses but know administration very well. Congress party system is like that they have to prove themselves many times to reach Delhi and then outer and inner circle..
