I did some research and i think it's genuine. 

There is a Facebook page for them and they added photos there. And they shared the gofundme link there as well.

 Currently looks like there are only 1 or 2 Oxygen plans in and around Vishakhpatnam.

We are working with some companies to establish this asap before it's too late.

We were told it takes 3 to 4 weeks to establish.

Since we can't wait for it, we are procuring Oxygen cylinders on a rental basis to meet the immediate need and working on plant in parallel.

Let me know any additional details you need.
