Your best snacks are fruits and limited amount of nuts and make sure you eat them before 5 pm ... dinner 6.30 or max 7 lope finish chesey...it’s hard for few days but you will like it...

bro daily snacks health ki manchidi kaadu, lunch koncham late ga thini evening work avthune bayataki walk/jog vellu, body active ga unte aakali thaggipoddi..
