Sangam Dairy: జీవో నిలిపేసిన హైకోర్టు

అమరావతి: సంగం డెయిరీ వ్యవహారంలో హైకోర్టు కీలక ఆదేశాలు ఇచ్చింది. డెయిరీని ప్రభుత్వ ఆధీనంలోకి తీసుకుంటూ ఇచ్చిన జీవోను ఉన్నత న్యాయస్థానం నిలుపుదల చేసింది. సంగం డెయిరీ డైరెక్టర్లు సాధారణ కార్యకలాపాలు నిర్వహించుకోవచ్చని.. డెయిరీ స్థిర, చరాస్తులను అమ్మాలంటే కోర్టు అనుమతి తప్పనిసరి అని స్పష్టం చేస్తూ మధ్యంతర ఉత్తర్వులు జారీ చేసింది.  

ఇటీవల సంగం డెయిరీని ప్రభుత్వ పరిధిలోకి తీసుకొస్తూ జారీ చేసిన జీవోను సవాల్‌ చేస్తూ ఆ సంస్థ డైరెక్టర్లు హైకోర్టులో పిటిషన్‌ దాఖలు చేశారు. దీనిపై ఉన్నత న్యాయస్థానం విచారణ చేపట్టింది. నిబంధనలకు విరుద్ధంగా ప్రభుత్వం తమ ఆధీనంలోకి తీసుకుందని పిటిషనర్ల తరఫు న్యాయవాదులు కోర్టుకు తెలిపారు. ప్రజాప్రయోజనం దృష్ట్యా తాత్కాలికంగానే ఈ జీవో ఇచ్చామని, సంగం డెయిరీ రోజువారీ విధులు నిర్వహించేందుకు మాత్రమే అధికారులను ఏర్పాటు చేశామని ప్రభుత్వం తరఫు న్యాయవాదులు న్యాయస్థానానికి వెల్లడించారు. ఈ క్రమంలోనే జీవో ఇవ్వాల్సి వచ్చిందని తెలిపారు. ఏసీబీ కేసులో సంగం డెయిరీ ఛైర్మన్‌, ఎండీ తదితరులు అరెస్టయినందున.. విధులు నిర్వహించేందుకు మాత్రమే ప్రభుత్వం ప్రయత్నిస్తోందని కోర్టు దృష్టికి తీసుకెళ్లారు. అనంతరం డెయిరీ డైరెక్టర్లకే పూర్తి అధికారం ఉంటుందని, వాళ్లే పాలనా విధులు నిర్వహించాల్సి ఉంటుందని హైకోర్టు స్పష్టమైన ఆదేశాలు ఇచ్చింది.

No. The whole episode is to steal Sangam Dairy's market data - farmers who are selling the milk and the related operations in AP and TS in the name of investigation. Akkadedho jarigindhi ani publicise cheyyadaniki ee GO. They succeded in stealing the data.
