Devin lake at least better because of 183A  access.    same with deer creek ranch. 

Plugerville 130 east side chusava ..  did you check carmel community .. green ee untadi.  Plus plugerville fertile land .. trees kuda fast ga grow avutayi unlike austin where it is mostly on hill country/lime stone. 

Travissio also one of the best community for scenic views..  but commute horrible , no school (may construct in next 3 to 4 years).
