There is really no logical reason for a really helpless poor person to travel from AP/TG to delhi. They dont need delhi and neither can delhi care for them. delhi only takes taxes from them. But poor people from RS always went to hyderabad for treatment. Their own relatives could be doctors or nurses in Hyd helping TG people recover. Vallani ban cheyyadam yendhi ?
