Just common sense tells me that even if we see in pure monetary terms, Chiranjeevi's reputation is more valuable than 50K/month and no sane person with an income like his and a reputation like his will risk it for 'atmost' 50K/month.

The fact the Jeevitha has personal rivalry makes it even more obvious.

Moreover I know a couple of people who received free blood. Lets assume that these are the ONLY two people who received free blood from CCT and everyone else paid normal rates. Even then its a good organisation!
