Shocking Liquor Sales In Telangana In 2 Hours

As the Telangana government announced a brief lock down for 10 days, all the wine shops were crowded with hundreds of people. 

Though the government has given permission to open all sorts of shops between 6 AM and 10 AM, the public got frenzy and bought dozens of bottles to keep stock at home, fearing that they may suffer without the availability for days together like in last year. 

Sources also say that some have also bought them to sell in black market for the affluent people in the coming 10 days. 

The popular elite liquor joint Tonique sold out the entire stock available in both the floors within a span of two hours. The collections is approximately Rs 3.5 Cr. 

Almost every wine shop in the state of Telangana has seen this gush today owing to the lock down from tomorrow. That's the plight of the state where the people are not even worried about social distancing norms while grabbing a bottle of alcohol.
