Mumbai already in discussion with Pfizer to procure the vaccine. They might have placed it as well.

And yes Central is not planning to reimburse to support local manf.

FYI. 400 Oxygen Plants sanction chesaru since March and out of them 180 started production and supply.

e oxygen supply blocking lanti news is not right...there might have other reasons on gen oxygen at that plant..
