Villa projects better ani chustunna bro, for security and maintenance reasons. 

 my current company is located near financial district so in the future if I transfer my job to Hyderabad I want to stay near financial district but aa area lo too much unnay prices.. Mokila, Shankarpally lo kooda villas upwards of 4cr..

Yes but outer ring road access unte maybe 30 mins drive is not bad. I see every year it is going up 20-30%

Yes prices maatram too much jump kottay.. 2018/2019 nunchi villa prices literally doubled.. I am looking at Mokila/Shankarpally now.. about 30 to 40 min drive to financial district, in 5 years I think even these areas will become very expensive.. all the way till Chevella builders are already buying huge tracts of land..
