The current administration is totally responsible for this failure. In before people bring up the Gujarat model, talk to any real Gujarati and they'll agree that it's all smoke and mirrors. I personally know a guy who works for the IT cell, they are brainwashed people with no sense in them. 

Fortunately, I don't have any tragedies in my family but it's heartbreaking to see the news. History won't be kind to these people.
