Smoke detector and thermostat issue - home owners advise

ever since we moved into the house, the smoke alarm keeps chirping like every minute emits a blip. First lo maybe battery issue emo ani brand new battery install chesa smoke alarm lo still the chirp kept coming back. Then noticed that if the temperature drops below 73 or goes over that, it starts making that noise. When I set the temperate at "heat" and at 73 the chirp goes away. 

Almost summer here so temperatures are around mid 90s in the day so heat unchatam kastame, but then have to listen to the chirp every minute. Anyone faced this? How to fix this issue please advise.
