Nah brother, earth work started in Feb itself. Cheptunna kada, I myself was present at Raj Path in Feb and can see hoardings, trucks moving with material, barricaded completely etc...directions and road closures and all the activity. 

Anyway, I’m trying to understand how much amount was spent on these works and how does the payment schedule usually happens for contracts anthe...
