Immigration question - promotion i140

Company A lo working since 2015 and have approved i140 petition with PD 2016.

2019 lo promotion vachindi as manager, but job responsibilities remain same except for one person reporting to me. Do I need to refile I140 petition? Or job duties same kabatti avasarleda?

I haven’t spoken to company attorneys after my promotion but ippudu oka friend do same situation so doubts vastunnayi.

Ask attorney..pedda company aithe you can contact them directly..I know sr position to architect you don't need new filing

I got promoted twice and title changed 3 times, as long as you retain ur original perm job duties + can always add new responsibilities. Should be fine
