There was a preliminary discussion on this issue by our VP in our most recent team meeting and our manager said we all did a good job working from home so I do not see a reason why we need to go back to the office.

If the top management actively considers my manager's opinion - it appears we could be working from home on a permanent basis. Even if we go back -I'll probably only work 2 or 3 days a week at best.
