investment homes are not being sold from builders now.

You have to search used ones now...

currently they are going 20-30% above asking price

No builder is selling investment homes. Resale homes are going for a minimum of 25% above the market price. I’m living in ATX since 2011.

There are very few good schools in Austin.. people started moving too north of Austin that one day it will merge with Dallas..
