My Old employer interview thesukoni verbal offer ichadu. But only ~10k difference from current salary. But if you compare benefits and stocks, present employer has good benefits. So, basically it’s a lateral move. But issue enti antae, my current employer started GC prevailing wages applied. Na PD with previous employer is Jan 2016. There are high chances that there would be forward movement of ‘dates for filing employment based visa applications’, in October, considering my PD should I stay back or accept the offer from my previous employer ?

GC dates watching is very important now a days ...lot of spillover

Approved twice with my previous employers

Current employer tho no way you will get perm by Oct 2016 bro , but if yiu move back there is no guarantee filing dates will.move , if he can give the same offer towards September beginning or late August you will have more clarity

Also was yours eb2?? If eb2 you have to be with employer to file the downgrade also join ate mundde clarity tisko they will support downgrade

2016 Jan PD kadha.. so this October ki filing date vasthundi emo ani.. that is the only reason.  I got I140 approved with this previous employer.
