Where to check if my Taxes were filed?

If I owe money to IRS? If I can check in "Where is my Refund?" what amount should I enter as it doesn't take negative amount?

And is there a way to know when will IRS direct debit from my account?

I know it is Electronic payment and I gave bank info as well - will check.

check online at irs.gov website. go to Irs.gov > view your account -> Create or view your account -> Create your account under Sign up. once you created your account then you can view your account payments and activities. also you can find yearly transactips and download

you should get deposited to your mentioned bank within 3-4 weeks by the time you filed taxes

If not then you have to reach out to your cpa, they will follow with irs and get you an update.

you are screwed. if you filed even with paper 3 to 4 weeks back then it should have your pament balances and etc. online. something is fishy.

And electronic is immediate?

Electronic filing usually shows you balance status with in 2 days. then amount either cut from bank account with in 5 business days if you owe. if you need to receive then it will show you refund status within 2 to 3 days that it is pending etc.
