అమరావతి: ప్రభుత్వాన్ని అప్రతిష్టపాల్జేశారనే అభియోగాలపై రాత్రంతా సీఐడీ కస్టడీలో ఉన్న వైకాపా ఎంపీ రఘురామ కృష్ణరాజు కాళ్లపై గాయాలు ఉండటం దుమారం రేపుతోంది. ఆయన శరీరంపై గాయాలు ఉండటంతో ఈ వ్యవహారంపై విచారణకు హైకోర్టులో స్పెషల్‌ డివిజన్‌ బెంచ్‌ ఏర్పాటైంది. సీనియర్‌ న్యాయవాది ఆదినారాయణరావు దాఖలు చేసిన స్పెషల్‌ మోషన్‌ పిటిషన్‌పై జస్టిస్‌ ప్రవీణ్‌ కుమార్‌ నేతృత్వంలో ఏర్పాటైన స్పెషల్‌ డివిజన్‌ బెంచ్‌ విచారణ జరుపుతోంది. ఈ సందర్భంగా కోర్టు సీఐడీ పోలీసుల తీరును తీవ్రంగా ప్రశ్నించింది. ఎంపీ శరీరంపై నిన్న లేని దెబ్బలు ఈ రోజు ఎలా వచ్చాయని అడిగింది. గాయాలు తాజాగా తగిలినవని తేలితే పరిణామాలు తీవ్రంగా ఉంటాయని హెచ్చరించింది. రఘురామ కాళ్లపై గాయాల చిత్రాలు, దృశ్యాలను జడ్జిలకు ఎంపీ తరఫు న్యాయవాదులు చూపించారు. రిమాండ్‌ రిపోర్టును రద్దు చేసి వెంటనే విడుదల చేయాలని కోరారు. కాసేపట్లో డివిజన్‌ బెంచ్‌ తన నిర్ణయాన్ని ప్రకటించే అవకాశం ఉంది. విచారణ సందర్భంగా న్యాయస్థానం కీలక వ్యాఖ్యలు చేసింది. రాష్ట్రంలో ఏం జరుగుతోందని ప్రశ్నించింది. కస్టడీలో ఉన్న వ్యక్తిని ఎలా కొడతారు? రఘురామకు తగిలినవి తాజా గాయాలని తేలితే తీవ్ర పరిణామాలు ఉంటాయి. ఎంపీ రఘురామకు గాయాల పరిశీలనకు వైద్యుల కమిటీ ఏర్పాటు చేయాలి అని ఆదేశించింది. మరోవైపు, ఆయన్ను అరెస్టు చేయడం నిబంధనలకు వ్యతిరేకమని ఎంపీ తరఫు తరఫు న్యాయవాదులు వాదనలు వినిపించారు.
