anyone facing IBS - D after covid?

bloating, Gastro issues and frequent urgency to poop. I am having these symptoms from last two weeks

I had IBS symptoms....at the time of covid and also after for 3-4 weeks

my gut hurts so bad.. i am having all kinds of gastro issues..... i dont know when these going to end... when was your last IBS issue..  to ask you

Slowly it reduced....day by day it got better...I was infected with covid around Match10 and started feeling better April first week 

I am still suffering from after covid affects....have severe cough from past 2-3 weeks....enni cough medicines vesukunna thagadam Ledu...took appointment with my primary care physician now

stop eating spicy and acidic foods..

go keto or salad fruit diet for few days...

let ur stomach and gut recover....

and stop assigning every issue u face linking to covid...mental stability is also important ..

US lo baagane undi...still we have 6ft distance rule even though mask mandate is removed
