గుంటూరు జైలులో ఉన్న ఎంపీ రఘురామ కృష్ణరాజును తక్షణం రమేశ్‌ ఆస్పత్రికి తరలించాలని హైకోర్టు ఆదేశించిన విషయం తెలిసిందే. ఆయన ఆయన శరీరంపై గాయాలకు సంబంధించి వైద్య నివేదిక జిల్లా కోర్టు నుంచి ప్రత్యేక మెసెంజర్‌లో అందిన తర్వాత ఇవాళ సాయంత్రం హైకోర్టు విచారణ చేపట్టింది. మెడికల్‌ బోర్డుతోపాటు రమేశ్‌ ఆస్పత్రి వైద్యులు గాయాలను పరిశీలించి నివేదిక ఇవ్వాలని కోర్టు ఆదేశించినప్పటికీ పట్టించుకోలేదని రఘురామ తరఫు న్యాయవాది ధర్మాసనానికి తెలిపారు. కస్టడీలో ఉండగా సీఐడీ అధికారి పిటిషనర్‌ను కలిశారని, ఇది చట్టవిరుద్ధమని కోర్టు దృష్టికి తీసుకెళ్లారు. రిమాండ్‌ విధిస్తూ జడ్జి ఇప్పటికే ఉత్తర్వులు జారీ చేశారని ప్రభుత్వ న్యాయవాది కోర్టుకు తెలిపారు. వాదనలు విన్న ధర్మాసనం తక్షణమే రఘురామను రమేశ్‌ ఆస్పత్రికి పంపాలని ఆదేశించింది. మరోవైపు రఘురామకృష్ణరాజును పోలీసులు నాటకీయ పరిణామాల మధ్య జిల్లా జైలుకు తరలించారు. ఎవరూ ఊహించని విధంగా గుంటూరు జీజీహెచ్‌ వెనక గేటు నుంచి ఆయన్ను జైలుకు తీసుకెళ్లారు. రాష్ట్ర ప్రభుత్వ ప్రతిష్ఠకు భంగం కలిగించారనే ఆరోపణలపై సీఐడీ పోలీసులు రఘురామను అరెస్ట్‌ చేసిన విషయం తెలిసిందే.
