Stay away, the builder is not genuine. I knew them since 2005. I lost my own money because of them. Bank vaallu every installment ni 1-2 weeks late ga release chesthe due to processing delays, customer ni 30% per annum interest rate tho fine pay cheyyamannaadu. Aa fine 1L ayyindhi naaku. Inka ma corpus fund 1.2L dobbesaaru.  

Space station lo booking money ni outskirts lo land konadaaniki divert chesaaru. Aa land emaindho theleedhu. Police complaints ichaaru, jail lo pettaaru, but no justice yet.
