Good Initiative but not practical 

Problem 1:

Not all deaths due to Covid are considered Covid deaths 

If one parent is certified and the other is not certified, not sure if this is applicable. 

 

So, bottom line is no one is really eligible for this unless the family is YSRCP (probably)
