కరోనాకు విరుగుడు అని భావించి కిరోసిన్‌ తాగి చనిపోయిన ఓ వ్యక్తి.. తీరా చూస్తే నెగెటివ్‌గా నిర్ధారణ!

కరోనా కాలంలో అనేక సొంత వైద్య చిట్కాలు వెలుగులోకి వస్తున్నాయి. తీరా వాటిని పాటించి కొంతమంది ప్రాణాలు కోల్పోతున్నారు. తాజాగా ఓ వ్యక్తి ఎవరో చెప్పిన మాటల్ని విని కరోనాకు కిరోసినే విరుగుడని భావించాడు. కొద్దిగా జ్వరం ఉండడంతో కొవిడ్‌ అని అనుమానించి కిరోసిన్‌ తాగేశాడు. కొన్ని రోజుల పాటు మృత్యువుతో పోరాడి చివరకు కన్నుమూశాడు. ఈ ఘటన భోపాల్‌లోని శివ్‌నగర్‌ ప్రాంతంలో చోటు చేసుకుంది.

వివరాల్లోకి వెళితే... మహేంద్ర(30) అనే వ్యక్తి శివ్‌నగర్‌లో నివాసముంటున్నాడు. కొన్ని రోజుల నుంచి జ్వరంతో బాధపడుతున్నాడు. మందులు వేసుకున్నా లాభం లేకపోయింది. దీంతో అది కొవిడే అన్న అనుమానం బలపడింది. అంతకు ముందు ఎవరో వ్యక్తి చెప్పడం గుర్తొచ్చి.. కరోనాకు విరుగుడు కిరోసినేనని భావించి సేవించాడు. గత బుధవారం ఈ సంఘటన చోటుచేసుకుంది. వెంటనే ఆసుపత్రికి తరలించినా ఫలితం లేకపోయింది. చికిత్స పొందుతూ శనివారం కన్నుమూశాడు. తీరా అతనికి కరోనా నిర్ధారణ పరీక్షలు చేస్తే నెగెటివ్‌గా తేలడం కొసమెరుపు.
