I - 485 application prepare cheyadaniki Attorney ki approximate yentha time paudutundi.

My PD eb2 Nov 2016

I asked my employer today and he told we can do on oct 2021.

But I want to prepare my application in September and get ready to send on oct 1  st.

Is this a good idea.

Nee PD nov 2016 ante first they should accept that during october bro 

Assuming you are guestimating the date would be current for your pd

Be ready with Birth certificates , Attorney just need 2 days of time but they were super busy last time you can do ground work in sepetmeber and be ready to file on october 1st week no harm (just in case dates filinig accept cheyakapoothe dont get disappointed) you might have to pay some up front fee for your attorney to work on your case

you will have to fill most of it. 

 

You can probably start gathering all documents (Birth Certificates, Marriage Certificates, All I-797s, Passport copies, Photos, ... )  and then start working on I-765, I-131 and I-485 

 

If you submit your documents sooner (the day after VB release, then attorneys can turn it around quickly and send it on Oct 1st).

so you are planning to downgrade? if thats true

1) nobody knows 2016 nov will be reached

2) USCIS is not accepting filling dates as of now

3) Lawyer will not fill any form until money is in their hand ( So be careful)

4) if you fill all forms and if there is a new version of forms release by USCIS by that time they will not honor your application.
