zarathustra Posted May 20, 2021 Report Posted May 20, 2021 I set some up in my garage. Power cage brought from facebook market place, has a squat rack and also put a bench under that one for bench press. Brought barbells from craigslist. Kettlebells brought on FB marketplace. Heavy mat brought online to put underneath the power cage and weight bench. Got a few dumbells from craigslist, as well as TRX bands. Cardio I run outdoors or go cycling so no need of a treadmill yet but might consider getting a used one. Quote
zarathustra Posted May 20, 2021 Report Posted May 20, 2021 Btw I recommend getting Rogue Fitness products. Plenty of cheaper made in china options available online but if you read the reviews, they might injure you. Injury not worth it so I brought the best quality stuff I could find used. Quote
