We are moving there , every week they are increasing price by 10 thousand 

we had to have recommendation for a rental house with realtor 

one of our realtor client did not get the offer after placing 50k over the market price and when the house was gone it was noted the house was lost on bidding war with 150 k over market price

Same to same disco across top 10 metropolitan housing markets especially mild winter to no so snow areas. Picca crazy undi last 1 year or so.

I already have 2 houses and I can afford current prices in Bay Area and also Any where in the country 

but problem is that he do you have to pay premium and just wait until the market cools down.

kani monthly EMI will be higher than worth kada so they are basically losing out on it unless they really love the house

raliegh lo super hot undi RE. 2011 year vi ayithe 30 to 50k premium tho vosthayi. newest vi ayithe 150k premium min.
