db vaasulaara, PERM question. Help please

PERM FEB lo file ayyindi. H1 expiring in september. Is it possible to get PERM by that time and i140 just two weeks lo ayipothundi anta kada with premium. And then I have to file for extension. Will it be done by that time? Or else what are the options? I have to go to India and come back after i140 approval? How does it work?

You can get extension based on PERM. You don't need i140 to get H1B extension.

For that perm should have been pending for 365 days I think
