H1B / perm employer transfer suggestion

I have I-140 approved from Employer-A. Moved to Employer-B 2 years ago Perm is in process filed by Employer-B.

Now my client wants to convert FT. So need some suggestion, now when my client files H1B will there be any problem bcoz Perm from employer-B is still in progress? can they still port my old PD from Employer-A?

no issues of employer b in perm prociessing bro , employer a date can be ported to new client perm , but expect 15 months delay to get your 140 approved , if october lo current avuthe you will miss boat  just a thought bro you know better
