I want to Rank India as most unprotected country moving forward how many agree

Unfortunately most of this is true. Too many variables to think about

1) lack of responsibility 

2) No chance for Pak but if India goes to war against China, it will be crushed. There is no way India can compete with China, they're too big. If anybody thinks otherwise, they're dreaming. 

3) Health infrastructure is a joke in India. We need competent policy makers to change that and it can be done.

Russian KGB believed that it takes about 15 years to brainwash a community(herd of people). The current govt. has been brainwashing the hindi(cow) belt for the past 7 years with their religious fanaticism and were quite successful so far. 

I strongly believe that when religion comes into the picture(government policy) in a secular state, that's the start of the demise of the country.
