November end ki EB2 to EB3 downgrade ki apply cheysa receipts tappa...emi update ledu...Manchi FT opportunity vachindi..I can hold 1 to 2 months..enti situation ippudu.. can I jump from employer immediately or 6 months wait cheyala approve inaka?

velaka h1 mida velthe make sure you file 485 j , ead niku vacchi undadu in case ead mida join ayina 485 j cheyi 

PD entha ? if its already final dates unte see if you can hold for some more time , almost aipotadi kada

180 days from 485 recieved date , nee reciept mida untadii bro, make sure your 140 attachedd to the 485 application is APPROVED , else dont even thing aabout it go to premium and get it done before you move

Employer will withdraw the downgrade I140 if you leave, there is nothing called good terms once you leave the employer

I140 pp ki upgrade chesuko.. once approved, you can switch by filling 485j with new emp..

6 months datithe portability vasthundi kada. i140 upgrade to premium and once approved ...you can leave and file supplement j.

if your priority date is 2011 or 2012 ...then stay..dont leave.
