govt should involve and actually be a mediator..lekapothey complete nonsense rates aipothayi..govt should learn those and regulate the rates accordingly

That I agree but corporate companies would fix a price based on expenditure. Govt should give them some subsidy and buy at a subsidized price and i guess they are already doing it
