Recently learned most oils are GMO and hot pressed. They can cause long term health issues. Em oil vadutunnaru? What options do we have for cold pressed and nonGMO ?

Don't deprive yourself of not using cooking Oil it should be used in required quantities..

Olive oil is also good kada. Why avocado? Price wise cheaper aa?

Olive oil high heat vadocha? We don’t like that taste anyway. Wife’s choice regarding avocado. Cost wise it’s more costly anukunta.

Some varieties of olive oil can be used for frying and baking too. I will give avocado oil a try
