Btw food cook cheseappudu you can use a food thermometer to measure at what temperature the food is. 

I cook most of all my foods not beyond 250F, and that temperature cooks even chicken which requires the most amount of heat. If you cook your food at 400F like some people here seem to be doing, all the nutrition in your food is lost. You are essentially eating junk. 

These days I cook most of my food in a skillet which has a temperature control, that way I can control what temperature my food is being cooked at.
