@ChinnaBhasha I actually went to get the SOP mentioned in the letter. it clearly says the Oxygen cyclinder must be repainted. Look at point 7 page 2

Look at my post above. color codes cannot be comprimised  in a hospital setting, By mistake you give co2 instead of oxygen you kill the patient. FRAUD CONFIRMED.  And the worst thing they tried to justify with more fraud,

They dont. They do lot of bumchik with them. Beleive me they hate south indians equally.
