I’m living in Austin since 2011 and this is the year that we could compare Hone prices to Bay Area and Seattle areas. Literally some homes are being sold for 400/ sq. Ft. Average price anywhere within 5 miles of Apple office is 300/ sq.ft. Now. No news construction in this area at all. Most of the new homes are being built in Georgetown, Liberty Hill and Leander. Pflugerville, Hutto, Manor, Buda, Kyle are also good cities to grow in future. 550 for Pflugerville home currently is 50K more but good to buy now than to wait and see prices going up more in future.
