testing increased, and cases are coming down..but still guard let down cheyoddu ani

states extended the lockdown till June end. Delhi May end... good call that was.

There is certain dip in cases urban areas seem to have come under control but rural areas are a issue...

Positive cases taggayi but comparitively fatality is a worrying factor in Wave 2..

The numbers are way under reported but

Do remember the people dying today are usually infected 7-10 days ago .

Deaths are being reported with a delay. So another 7-10 day period should see a dip in daily deaths, if the cases have actually reduced.

But in most rural areas death are not being reported at all because testing facilities are limited there.

But pace of vaccinations has slowed down significantly and people are having to do fastest finger first in order to get a slot booked as soon as it becomes available. Reminds me of online IRCTC tatkal train booking. Tickets would be gone in under 10 mins.

In MH report they reconcile the data continuously and update it even the fatality numbers...

Don’t even try to believe TG numbers.. cases may b coming down but ground reality lo cases easily more than 2X .. inka deaths 3x undochu

I think they opened walk-in/on the spot registration now... only caveat is they also need to find a way to control the crowds... better choose some stadium to move people in order.

Exactly. All the decrease in cases are due to lockdown and increased testing in Urban area. Rural area no texting and they are not counted.

AP & TN are on rise in last week where as north states are seeing stabilization /down trend...
